  • Information you will need:

    In order to pay your bill online, you will need to know your MUD number (MUD #208) and your 10 digit account number. In addition to this, if you utilize the online payment option you will be required to provide a valid email address so a copy of the confirmation number can be sent to you. You will also be able to print to a printer friendly version of the confirmation number.

    Payments received after 4 pm will be applied the following business day. Transaction summaries are emailed to the H2O office every day however credit cards take 2 business days before they are deposited and e-checks take 5 business days. Customers using e-check should know that it does take some time to verify that the funds are available so this is not a recommended payment method for delinquency. In the event that your service is currently disconnected, you will be able to call H2O’s office prior to 3:00 p.m. with the confirmation number and account number and have your service restored that day if you paid by credit card.

Pay by Monthly Auto-Draft

  • MUD 208 is offering two Monthly Auto-Draft Payment options for paying your bill. The first is an automatic bank draft from either your checking or savings account. Automatic bank drafts incur an additional $1 monthly fee which is paid for by MUD 208 at no additional cost to the customer. The second option is an automatic charge to your credit or debit card. The credit/debit card payment option incurs an additional 4% monthly fee which will appear on your statement as a separate line item.
  • With either option, you will still receive a monthly district utility bill, but your account will be automatically debited on the due date listed on your monthly bill. NOTE: If due date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, your account will be deducted on the prior business day. Please be advised that if funds are not available on payment date, you will be assessed a service charge for a “return item”.

Pay in Person

  • You can pay your bill in person with exact cash, check or money order at the H2O Consulting Office located at 5870 Highway 6 North, Suite 215 Houston, Texas 77084. The H2O Consulting Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays.

Pay at Drop Box

  • Payments can also be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the drop box located in the drive through lane outside the office building of H2O Consulting, which is located at 5870 Highway 6 North, Houston, Texas 77084.
